How to Select Breast Form Size
   Measure around your chest, just below your bust keeping tape snug – not tight just like in the picture above.
   You take that measurement, and use it to select your breast forms. Use only even numbers, if you measure 35″ round up to 36″.
   Say for instance you measure 36″ around your chest. You would select a 36D, C, DD, E or whatever cup size you want.

I have gone through gosh idk how many different forms of these. I have had big to small to cheap to expensive and it Hasent mattered because all of them eventually ended up tearing somehow. These are much more durable then I expected and quite comfortable. I have them on most all day and I don not get overwhelmed with over hearing or just getting uncomfortable. There is a intention on the inside that helps a lot with the comfort and form fit. They look very realistic when I put them in a sports bra or in just a typical bra and a t-shirt. Sometimes they just don not look good. I highly recomend if you are a daily get out there and show it kinda person and not just doing it for fun.

Priced right, tough enough to withstand multiple usages per day for increasing bust sizes on tiny models and very realistic in appearance, and well able to hold makeup. Hollisters Medical Adhesive will keep them on a ‘mod’ up to 2 days, with the proper prep of course. (Beats paying $500 and up for the alleged best)! :-)

I really like them! They are perfect. I ordered a C which I like, but I think I am also going to order a DD, as I think that would be a better size for me. Quality is good, not a fan of the bra, however. It’s a little rough and rubs, but other than that it is cute.

I’m very impressed with this breast form!
First of all, I’m a breast cancer survivor, and had a full mastectomy 23 years ago. Remarkably, I’ve been using the same breast form all these years, and just recently decided to replace it when it started leaking. It cost about $250 back then, and I’ve taken good care of it by keeping it covered, etc.So, when I decided to replace it, I realized that the same type I had, which was teardrop shaped, was no longer available. I came across this Moovant form and it seemed to be a good shape and was similar to my old form. The price really surprised me, however. I thought it couldn’t possibly be very good quality for about $37 (with shipping).Well, I am very pleasantly surprised. The form is the same weight and quality of my old one, it fits perfected in my bra and it’s very comfortable.Some comments mentioned a problem with getting the right size. On the product page, there are photos and one of them is a size chart. I found the one that most closely matched the dimensions of my old form. It was actually several sizes smaller than my actual bra size, but I decided to order it and give it a try. So if you are buying this as a mastectomy form, I suggest that you measure your bra cup width and height and you should be able to estimate which one will fit best. Also, be sure to get some sort of cover for the form. It will be very uncomfortable with the silicone against your skin if you don’t. I can sew, so I’ve always made my own cover, but it’s really simple to get a piece of soft fabric and make a kind of pocket for the form. I use old T-shirt fabric, and make a new one when it gets soiled, or you can just wash it. A few comments also mention the weight of the form, and that it was a little heavy. For me, the weight is perfect. If you are only using one form, you want it to match your other breast. Let’s face it, we all sag a little as we get older and this form sits better in the bra with a little more weight. Hope this information helps someone, and if anyone has any questions, I’d be happy to reply.I highly recommend this product. Between the price and the quality, it’s a winner!

I love it though and for the money
Seems to run a little on the small size. I love it though and for the money, great!!!!! I ordered one and had to order a larger size, but the smaller one works good for my bathing suit.

Great for asymmetry
I bought this (A cup) to help with asymmetry between breasts. I had been using silicone push-up chicken cutlet type things but the asymmetry has become maybe 1 1/2 cup sizes (one is just barely a DD the other is a full C). The cutlets were just really not cutting it anymore so I looked into breast forms. This one was a great choice as the back is slightly concave. I just slip it into my bra on the smaller side and it fits great and looks smooth. The weight is not noticeable to me. I have never tried other breast forms so I can not speak to how the weight of this one compares, but it’s never been an issue.Moovant offers a complimentary pocket to place the breast form inside. It’s really nice and i no longer have any irritation from wearing the form (the push up cutlets were giving my skin a mild rash).This is good quality and you can not go wrong if you are looking for something to even you up.

My Mother is 83 years of age and has dementia and lost her Prosthesis somewhere in the Nursing Home. No one could find it. I ordered this for her not sure of what I was going to get. It was perfect andgood quality I am ordering a spare.

Am so happy to have found this product. Not cumbersome like traditional prostheses and fits nicely into most non-underwire bras. Haven not tried it with an underwire, but am certain it would work as well. The weight, size and balance looks and feels very natural.If you have any questions, you will find customer service to be immediately responsive via instant messaging. Additionally, the Moovant website provided great sizing guidelines.
